The Cost of NOT Hiring

As finance experts working behind the scenes with six- and seven-figure clients, we can confirm one thing:

Hiring people is expensive!

But there’s another, more important trend we’ve noticed - both in our business, and our clients’ businesses.

The cost of NOT making the right hires at the right time can often be even greater.

Think about it this way: every hour you spend working IN your business is an hour you’re not working ON your business.

As CEO’s, we love to have control and think we can do everything ourselves; but that doesn’t mean we should do everything ourselves.

In fact, if you can’t bring yourself to delegate the little things like answering the phone and client emails, you'll end up neglecting important things like your company growth’s.

You can’t be a CEO if you’re busy being a receptionist.

Being the visionary in your company is your number one job: it’s the reason your business exists in the first place.

It’s crucial  both for your well-being and that of your business that you hire out your weaknesses so you have time to focus on your strengths.

We know it’s not easy: letting go of control can feel really scary. It certainly was for us in the beginning. But through trusting ourselves and our team members, we’ve been able to grow our company beyond what we ever imagined.

None of that would have happened if we never made that first hire!

As we approach the end of quarter two this year, take the time to ask yourself: what hire can I make that will net me my largest return on investment?

If you’re struggling with that question, we’re here to help: our financial strategy and forecasting meetings  help you figure out how much money you can reasonably spend on hiring and on what timeline.

Our team is also there to take the day-to-day tasks off your plate like bookkeeping, accounting, and tax prep.

Remember, each task that you delegate means more hours in your week that you get to spend being a CEO.

Let’s get you working on your business - not just in it!
